Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the dispatch date, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc.)
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are expected to take 15-20 business days.
Returns & Exchange
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size.

Faulty / Damaged nails
If you receive a damaged set of RevengeX Nails, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. We kindly request that you provide clear photographs of the damaged nails to help us assess the issue. Our team will review your case and, if deemed valid, provide a refund for the damaged nails.
To initiate the refund process, please reach out to our customer service team via email or contact us form. We kindly ask you include your order number, contact information, and the reason of refund request.
